The cloud servers list

See every cloud server in your workspace from the Stack Harbor console: status, hostname, IP address, and per-server actions.

The Servers page lists every cloud server in your workspace and shows each one’s status, hostname, and IP address at a glance. It is where you open a server to manage it, filter the list by state, or start a new deployment.

Where to find it

Sign in to the console at console.stackharbor.com, then in the sidebar go to Infrastructure → Servers. The breadcrumb at the top of the page reads Infrastructure › Servers.

What you can do here

  • Summary card — the card at the top shows how many servers this service holds and a health pill, for example 4 Running, so you can confirm the overall state without scanning the table.
  • Refresh — re-pulls the current state from the platform. Use it after you deploy a server or power one on or off.
  • Add New Server — opens the deploy wizard so you can provision another machine.
  • Status tabs — All, Running, and Stopped, each with a live count, filter the list to servers in that state.
  • Search servers — narrow the list by typing part of a label, hostname, or ID.
  • The servers table — one row per server, with these columns:
    • Label — the friendly name for the server, such as web-1e42.
    • Cloud Server ID — the platform’s unique identifier, with a copy button beside it. Use this ID when you open a support ticket or call the API.
    • Status — a colored pill such as Running.
    • Hostname — the server’s hostname.
    • IP Address — its primary IP address.
    • Actions — the eye icon opens the server’s details; the three-dot menu holds the per-server actions.
  • Row expander — the chevron at the start of a row expands it in place for a quick look without leaving the page.
  • Pagination — set how many rows appear per page and move between pages. The range indicator, for example 1-4 of 4, shows where you are in the list.

Good to know

  • The list reflects the servers in the service you are viewing. If a server you just created is not there yet, click Refresh — it may still be provisioning.
  • Label and Hostname are for you; the Cloud Server ID is the stable identifier that does not change, so it is the safest reference in tickets and scripts.
  • The Stopped tab stays available even when it reads 0, so you always know at a glance whether anything is powered down.
  • This is an early-access console and the Servers area is still being expanded. If something you expect is missing, refresh the page or confirm you are in the right workspace.
