Manage billing and invoices

Check your balance, download invoices, review transactions, and manage the payment cards on file from the Stack Harbor console billing page.

The billing page is your account’s financial summary. From one view you can see what you owe, check your account credit, download paid invoices, manage the cards on file, and confirm nothing is due before your next bill.

Where to find it

Open Workspace → Billing from the left sidebar. The page header reads Account Summary, and the top-right corner has quick links to Invoices, Transactions, and Payment Methods.

The Account Summary at a glance

Four cards across the top carry the headline numbers:

  • Outstanding — the total currently due across any unpaid invoices. When you are paid up, this reads $0.00 CAD.
  • Account Credit — your prepaid balance, in Canadian dollars. Credit is applied automatically against new invoices before any card is charged. Two buttons sit under it: Add Credit and Redeem Voucher.
  • Next Bill Due — the date of your next scheduled charge. It shows a dash when nothing is scheduled.
  • Active Services — how many services are currently billing to the account.

Below the cards, Latest Payment shows your most recent invoice number, its payment date, and total, with a Download PDF button. Next Payment confirms an upcoming charge, or shows a green check and “You’re all paid up — no invoices due.” when there is nothing outstanding.

What you can do here

  • Download an invoice. In the Invoices list at the bottom, each row shows the invoice number, a Paid status pill, the date, and the amount. Use the view (eye) icon on a row to open it, or Download PDF on the Latest Payment card for the most recent one. Select View All to open your full invoice history.
  • Review transactions. The Transactions link (top right) lists the individual payments and credits applied to your account — useful for matching a card charge to an invoice.
  • Manage payment methods. The Payment Methods section lists each saved card by its last four digits and expiry, with a Primary badge on the card charged by default. Use Add/Remove to add a new card or remove one you no longer use.
  • Add account credit. Choose Add Credit to top up your prepaid balance. The credit is drawn down automatically as new invoices are generated.
  • Redeem a voucher. If you have a promotional or credit code, Redeem Voucher applies it to your Account Credit.

Good to know

  • Amounts are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • Account credit is spent before your card. If credit covers an invoice in full, the matching card charge is $0.00.
  • This is your account-level summary. Charges tied to a specific server are itemized on that server’s own billing view, not here.
  • The console is in early access, so this area is being expanded. The figures shown — outstanding balance, credit, and invoice history — are read live from your account.
  • For a billing question this page can’t answer — a disputed charge, a refund, or a change to your plan — open a ticket from the Support Desk.

For charges tied to a specific cloud server — runtime, snapshots, and add-ons — see Cloud server billing.
